Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. Perused the case diary.
Considering submissions made and keeping in view the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, it is directed that in the event the petitioners surrender before the learned J.M.F.C.(O), Bhubaneswar, in G.R. Case No.557 of 2017, arising out of Balipatana P.S. Case No.85 of 2017, within four weeks’ hence and move for bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
