The petitioners having been implicated in Delanga P.S. Case No. 58 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 139 of 2017 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Pipili for alleged commission of offence under section 147/148/341/323/337/307/149 of IPC read with Section 25/27 of the Arms Act, Section 3/4/5 OF Explosive Substances Act, have filed this application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail in the event of their arrest in the said case.
Heard Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions made and the nature of accusations as emanate from the materials on record in the absence of any such impediment, it is directed that the petitioners shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer in the event of their arrest in the above noted case on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
