Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Khurda in G.R. Case No. 1011 of 2015 arising out of Bolagarh P.S. Case No. 148 of 2015, within four weeks hence and moves for bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.
