Considering the submissions and viewing the nature of accusations against the petitioners as well as other surrounding circumstances, it is directed that in the event petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Keonjhar Sadar P.S. Case No.202 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.1125 of 2018 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar within two weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.
The ABLAPL is disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
