Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of accusations, as also the surrounding circumstances; while being not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, it is observed that in the event the petitioner surrenders in the court in seisin of the case in connection with Dhenkanal Sadar P.S. Case No.145 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No.420 of 2016 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal and moves for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit; further taking into account the factum of release of co-accused person on bail on the ground of parity, as per law, and disposed of early in accordance with law without being influenced by this order.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
