The petitioner having been implicated in Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 599 of 2017 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur for alleged commission of offence under section 147/148/294/323/326/307/149 of IPC, has filed this application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail in the event of his arrest in the said case.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions made, and viewing materials available on record as well as the surrounding circumstances, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the court in seisin of the case within two weeks hence, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
