Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions and viewing the nature of accusations against the petitioners as well as other surrounding circumstances, it is directed that in the event petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Panikoili P.S. Case No.109 of 2018 corresponding to C.T. Case No.131 of 2018 on the file of learned Special Judge, Jajpur within two weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further condition that they will not indulge themselves in any criminal activity.
The ABLAPL is disposed of.
