Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, G.R. Case number inadvertently typed as “57 of 2017” instead of “571 of 2017” be corrected accordingly .
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the cause title.
Accordingly, the time period for surrender of the petitioner before the court in seisin of the case is extended by two weeks with effect from today.
