ABLAPL No. 11379 of 2018
Considering the submissions and viewing the nature of accusations against the petitioner as well as other surrounding circumstances, it is directed that in the event petitioner surrenders before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Dhenkanal Sadar P.S. Case No. 285 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 761 of 2018 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal within two weeks hence, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with the further condition that he will not indulge in any criminal activity.
The ABLAPL is disposed of.
