Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the factum of completion of investigation as also other surrounding circumstances including lack of any allegation with regard to abuse of the liberty granted to the petitioners by order dated 12.09.2018, it is directed that the petitioners be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the court is seisin of the case with further conditions that they will not indulge in any criminal activity.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed.
