8. 7.9.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo statin
g therein that he has no instruction in the matter.
Mr. D.P.Sarangi, learned counsel appearing for the opp.parties-Bank on
instruction submits that the petitioner has not deposited an amount of Rs.50.00 lakhs as had
been directed vide order dated 31.7.2017.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has failed to comply the said
order, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter in exercise of extra ordinary writ juris
diction.
The writ petition is dismissed.
