9.5.2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Considering the limited request involved in the matter and as this Court finds, the
application of the petitioner regarding removal of encroachment is pending with the competent
authority under Annexure-3 series, this matter stands disposed of with direction to the O.P.
to look into the grievance of the petitioner, vide Annexure-3 series and take decision as appr
opriate but however involving the parties likely to be affected and taking into consideration
the report appended to the writ petition available at page-14 of the brief within a period of
two months from the date of communication of this order by the petitioner.
