This writ petition has been filed impugning an order rejecting the application at t
he instance of the petitioner for dropping election dispute.
Perusal of the order, this Court finds, even though the request of the petitioner f
or dropping the proceeding has been dismissed, but since the proceeding is pending for final a
djudication involved in the dispute, the petitioners grievance can very well be adjudicated up
on in the final adjudication of the matter.
Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed for being not entertainable at this s
tage.
