11. 02.03.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly stated that
during the last more than a decade since the petition was filed, much has changed in the mean
time and as such the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to
approach the authority concerned for redressal of her grievances in case any cause of action
still survives.
Prayer is granted.
The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
