uction from his client. He has however submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withd
raw the writ petition with liberty to approach the authority concerned for redressal of his gr
ievances in case any cause of action still survives.
Prayer is granted.
The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
