uction from his client. He has, however, submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to wit
hdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the authority concerned for redressal of his
grievance, in case any cause of action still survives.
Prayer is granted.
The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
