The petitioner in this Writ Petition assails the order dated 06.12.2016 passed
by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.783 of 2012.
Learned Counsel for both the parties fairly submitted that the issue raised in
this writ petition has already been decided by this Court vide order dated 18.05.2016 in W.P.
(C) No.13867 of 2015. The said order has already been implemented. Therefore, both the coun
sel pray that this matter may be disposed of in the light of the aforesaid order.
Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the parties and on peru
sal of the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in the light of the order d
ated 18.05.2016 passed in W.P.(C) No.13867 of 2015.
