01.3.2017.1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the School and Ma
ss Education Department.

2. The petitioner files this writ petition seeking for a direction to the opposite party nos.2
 and 3 to release the differential arrear salary extending the benefit of 1st, 2nd and 3rd As
sured Carrier Progression Scheme w.e.f. 17.7.1996, 17.7.2006 and 17.7.2011 i.e. the date of co
mpletion of 15/25/30 years of service respectively with the grade pay of Rs.5,400/- from the
date of appointment within a stipulated time.

3. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that highlighting the grie
vance the petitioner has made a representation before opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-7 and
direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.

4. Learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department submits that he has n
o objection, if direction is given for early disposal of the representation provided that the
 same is still pending.

5. In view of the submissions made, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of
 the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider and dispose
 of the representation in Annexure-7, if the same is still pending, and pass appropriate order
 within a period of there months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
