The petitioner is an Ex-Sarpanch of Bainsia Gram Panchayat under Gandia P.S. in the distric t of Dhenkanal. He assails the appointment of one Sarojini Mohanty, opposite party no.6, as a Teacher. Firstly, the petitioners right or interest has not been affected by the appointment of opposite party no.6. Moreover he does not have any locus standi to challenge the selection of opposite party no.6.
3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition. Acc ordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
