ment Advocate.
The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences u
nder Sections 294, 324 and 307/34 of the IPC in C.T. No.3962 of 2016 of the court of learned S
.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, arising out of Saheed Nagar P.S. Case No.481 of 2016.
The injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature. No criminal anteceden
t is reported against the petitioner. The petitioner is permanent resident of Bankual, P.S.-Sa
heed Nagar, Dist.-Khurda and there is no chance of his absconding from justice. There is no al
legation from the prosecution side that the petitioner shall tamper with the prosecution evide
nce, if he is released on bail.
Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration, facts of the case and the nature
of allegations, application for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the pe
titioner in the aforesaid case, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such
terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by him.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
