In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission for withdra
wal of this Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal before the Sub-Col
lector, Balsore.
It is directed that in the event the petitioners file appeal before the Sub-Collector,
Balasore within a period of two weeks hence, the same shall be considered and disposed of in
accordance with law.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn but with liberty as pra
yed for.
