Heard.
In course of hearing learned counsel for the husband makes a statement that the husban
d is desirous of withdrawing the C.P. No.164/2016 and also undertakes to take necessary steps
for the said purpose within a period of two weeks hence.
Under the circumstance, this Court finds no scope for entertaining this Transfer Petit
ion at this stage.
Accordingly, the Transfer Petition stands disposed of recording the above submission o
f the husband through his counsel.
In view of disposal of this petition, interim order passed earlier stands vacated and
all the pending Misc. Cases arising out of this petition stand disposed of accordingly.
