The only prayer of the petitioner made in this writ petition is to iss
ue a direction to the Tahasildar, Barang, opposite party no.3 for early disposal of the petiti
oners lease application bearing Lease Case No.2 of 2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to our notice some corr
espondences made between the Collector, Cuttack and the Tahasildar, Barang in connection with
the lease case.

However, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we
dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Tahasildar, Barang, opposite party no.3 t
o do well to dispose of Lease Case No.2 of 2015 in accordance with law within a period of four
months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
