07. 14.09.2017 Heard Mr.Routray, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs.Padhi, learned counsel for the opposite parties 1 to 3 and Mr.Pattnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate for the opposite party no.4. 2. In pursuance of the order dated 16.03.2011 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 10696 of 2009, the petitioner was asked to file appeal against the cancellation of lease grant ed in her favour in respect of IDCO Shed No.3/26 in Mancheswar Industrial Estate, Bhubaneswar and accordingly the petitioner has filed an appeal, which is pending before the Chief General Manager, IDCO.

3. Mrs.Padhi, learned counsel for the IDCO submits that the petitioner was also c alled upon to file certain documents for the purpose of hearing of the appeal and those docume nts have not been filed.

4. Mr.Routray, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the documents, as asked for, have been submitted before the appellate authority and obtained receipt thereof. 5. Be that as it may, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction that the a ppeal of the petitioner be heard and finally disposed of within two months from the date of pr oduction of a certified copy of this order and if any further document is necessary for the pu rpose of hearing of the appeal, on being asked by the appellate authority, the petitioner shal l produce the same within seven days failing which the appeal of the petitioner shall be heard without such documents.

It is further submitted by the leaned counsel for the petitioner that the Perm anent Registration Certificate of the petitioner has been cancelled by the Government, which i s also challenged in this writ petition. So far as this prayer of the petitioner is concerned, we are not going to entertain the writ petition in respect of a totally different cause of ac tion. However, it is open for the petitioner to go for appropriate remedy against such cancell ation of Permanent Registration Certificate.
