3. 16.1.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel f
or the School and Mass Education Department and learned Central Govt. Counsel are present.
 Learned counsel for the petitioner inviting attention of this Court to the let
ters under Anenxure-5 series dated 17.12.2009 and 22.10.2011 submits that there remains no dis
pute that the petitioner-NGO is entitled to receive grant-in-aid amount towards management of
EGS/AIE centre. According to him, despite compliance of all required formalities, funds have n
ot been released in favour of the petitioner-NGO as yet when other similarly situated NGOs hav
e been granted with the said financial benefits.

 It is seen from the letter of the Addl. Director (Planning) that with regard t
o the clearance of the liabilities as against the EGS/AIE centers through the NGOs in the dist
ricts necessary order has been passed directing the District Project Co-ordinator to clear up
 the liabilities from the available provisions.

 In view of the above state of affair, learned counsel for the petitioner submi
ts for disposal of the writ application with necessary direction to the opp.party no.5 in that
 light.

 Accepting the submission as above, the writ application stands disposed of at
this stage without expressing any opinion on merit that in the event the petitioner makes a de
tail representation before the opp.party no. 5 within a period of two weeks hence, the same sh
all be considered and disposed of in redressing the grievance of the petitioner in accordance
with law within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of such representation.
