3. 12.1.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is now
aged about 16+ years and in the meantime the principal accused in the case has already been r
eleased on bail.
In view of above, he prays for withdrawal of the bail application with liberty
to move the matter before the competent authority in accordance with law.
The prayer stands allowed and the ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of granting t
he liberty as aforesaid.
