This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the Land Acquisition Offi
cer-cum-Sub-Collector, Sundargarh, (opposite party no.3), to recover the compensation amount f
rom opposite party no.4 in respect of the acquired land and pay the same to the petitioners.
During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of
the writ petition, with liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate remedy.
