Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.3, the CSO-cum-District Manager, OSCSC Limited, Cut tack to dispose of the representation dated 13.04.2017 under Annexure-10 to the Misc. Case No. 8995 of 2017 within a month of receipt / production of the certified copy of this order, if th e same is pending. However, it is also observed that if the petitioner makes deposit of an amo unt of Rs.10,00,000/- (rupees ten lacs) against the outstanding amount of Rs.30,00,000/- befor e the opposite party no.3 within ten days hence, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner pursuant to Memo No.2244 dated 03.04.2017 of the CSO-cum-District Manager, OSCSC L imited, Cuttack till disposal of the representation of the petitioner under Annexure-10 to the Misc. Case.
