ernment Advocate.
In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to opp. parties 1
and 2 to round up the percentage of the marks in his favour to 55% in consonance with the circ
ular and as per similar case reported in I.L.R. 2014 (I) 1169 (Kabita Dhal v. State of Orissa)
.
In course of hearing, Mr. Rout, however, prays that liberty be given to the petitioner
to file a representation highlighting all his grievances before opp. party No.1 and further p
rays that necessary direction be issued to opp. party No.1 to dispose of the said representati
on within a stipulated time.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of t
he case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the opp.
party No.1 highlighting all his grievances within a period of ten days along with the certifie
d copy of this order. In the event, such representation is filed, the opp. party No.1 would do
well to dispose of the said representation filed by the petitioner within a period of eight w
eeks from the date of filing of the representation by passing a reasoned order in accordance w
ith law.
The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
