05. 08.04.2017 This matter is taken up today in the National Lok Adalat.
The petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner is present. T
he officers of the Andhra Bank and their counsel are also present.
It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the Andhra Bank that the pe
titioner has already paid the entire loan amount dues and the account has been closed. He prod
uced the letter issued by the Bank in that respect which is taken on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
Free copies of this order be handed over to the learned counsels for both the
sides.
