Education Tribunal, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to dispose of Execution Case No. 140 of 2012 as exped
itiously as possible preferably within a period of eleven months from the date of joining of t
he Presiding Officer, if no stay order is holding the field. The order be communicated at the
cost of the petitioner.
