From the order sheet, it reveals that none appeared for the petitioner on the
last date i.e. 31.08.2017.
Learned counsel for the opposite party-Bank on instruction submits tha
t the loan account of the petitioner has already been settled by One Time Settlement.
Considering the submission and keeping in view the fact that the petit
ioners loan account has already been settled by way of One Time Settlement, no further cause
of action survives.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
The interim order dated 14.7.2017 stands vacated. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
