The petitioner being a Medical Laboratory Technician has filed this writ appli cation questioning the notice to show-cause issued him by opposite party no. 5 under Annexure -4.Considering the submission and viewing the limited nature of grievance, I do n ot feel it proper to interfere in the matter.The petitioner, if so advised, may file show-cause before the opposite party n o. 5 pursuant to Annexure -4 within ten days hence and in that event, the opposite party no. 5 would do well to take a decision in the matter preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the show-cause reply with the certified copy of this order. No coercive action shall be taken against this petitioner till the decision as
aforesaid. It is needless to say that if the petitioner makes necessary prayer, he shall be g
iven an opportunity of hearing in the matter.
The writ application stands disposed of accordingly.Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.\
