This writ petition was filed in the year 1996 and in the meantime more than two decades have passed.
It appears from record that the matter was last listed on 30.06.1997 and thereafter no step whatsoever has been taken by the petitioner till date to get the matter listed. Defects pointed out by the Office have also not been removed till date. It also appears from the office note that though in the meantime one opposite party has died, no substitution petitioner has been filed till date.
In view of the above, it appears that petitioners are no more interested to pursue the matter.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
