02. 20.11.2017 This is an application for restoration of MJC No. 270 of 1993 dismisse
d for default on 27.07.1993. The said MJC had been filed for restoration of the second appeal
dismissed for non-prosecution. There being delay of about 10 years and three months, another a
pplication has been filed for condonation of delay.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner who pray for time to take steps.
These applications having been field on 24.12.2003, no steps have yet been tak
en even for removal of defects which exhibits gross negligence and latches on the part of the
petitioners.
In view of above, I am not inclined to accept the submission of the learned co
unsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the petitions stand dismissed.
