he learned counsel for the State.

 This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with G.
R.Case No. 264 of 2017 arising out of Khatiguda P.S. Case No.25 of 2017 pending in the Court o
f learned S.D.J.M., Nabarangpur offences punishable under Sections 341/324/307/294/506 of the
Indian Penal Code.

 The petitioner moved an application for bail before the learned Sessio
ns Judge, Nabarangpur which was rejected on 09.05.2017.

 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in c
ustody since 01.03.2017 and the injured has sustained simple injury and therefore, the bail ap
plication may be favourably considered. He has filed the certified copy of the injury report w
hich is taken on record.

 Learned counsel for the State has produced the case diary and opposed

the prayer for bail.

 Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respec
tive parties, nature of accusation, nature of injury sustained by the injured as well as perio
d of detention of the petitioner, I am of the opinion that it is a fit case for grant of bail
to the petitioner.

 Let the petitioner be released on bail in the aforesaid case on furnis
hing bail bond of Rs.20,000.00 (rupees twenty thousand) with two solvent sureties each for the
 like amount to the satisfaction of the Court in seisin over the matter with further terms and
 conditions as the learned Court may deem just and proper.

 Accordingly, the BLAPL is disposed of.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
