Perused the FIR.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to matrimonial dispute be
tween the parties, the case has been foisted and the offences are triable by Magistrate and th
erefore, the anticipatory bail application may be favourably considered.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the submissions of learned counsels for the respective parties, th
e nature of accusation against the petitioners and the fact that the offences are triable by M
agistrate, I am inclined to release the petitioners on anticipatory bail and accordingly, this
Court directs that in the event of arrest of the petitioners in connection with the aforesaid
case, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty th
ousand) each with two solvent sureties each for the like
