 Learned counsel for the petitioners files the certified copies of the F.I.R. and the Fi
nal Form in Court today. The same be kept on record.

 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.
 The petitioners being in custody in G.R. Case No.27 of 2017, arising out of Purushottam
pur P.S. Case No.29 of 2017, pending in the court of the learned J.M.F.C., Purushottampur, hav
e filed this petition for their release on bail. The offences alleged against them are punisha
ble under Sections 341, 323, 324, 506, 307 read with Section 34 of IPC.

 Regard being had to the facts and submissions made, especially the nature of accusation
, character of materials appearing against the petitioners in support of the charge, circumsta
nces in which the offences alleged to have been committed, nature of injuries sustained and fa
ctum of completion of the investigation and hardly any material being there to suggest that th
e petitioners are likely to abscond and/or tamper with the prosecution evidence, if enlarged o
n bail, I am of the view that the petitioners in this case deserve to be released on bail.

 Hence, the petitioners be released on bail in the aforesaid case by the Court in seisin
 over the matter on such terms and conditions as it would deem just and proper.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of being allowed.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
