Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions and factum of permanent re
sidence of the petitioners, it is directed that each of the petitioners shall be released on b
ail, in the event of their arrest by the Arresting Officer, on such terms and conditions as de
emed just and proper in connection with Khandapada P.S. Case No.78 of 2017 corresponding to G.
R. Case No.134 of 2017 pending in the court of the learned J.M.F.C., Khandapada.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
