 This is an application U/S. 438 Cr. P.C.

 Perused the copy of the F.I.R. attached to the ABLAPL petition.

 Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.

 Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent resid
ence of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail, in the e
vent of his arrest by the Arresting Officer, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and p
roper in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No.6 of 2017 corresponding to V.G.R. Case No.18 o
f 2017 pending in the court of the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Cuttack including the co
ndition that, the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of
investigation as and when required.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
