learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail.
Perused the copy of the F.I.R attached to the ABLAPL petition.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent resid
ence of the petitioners and nature of allegation, it is directed that each of the petitioners
shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer in the event of their arrest, on such terms
and conditions as deemed just and proper, in connection with Basudebpur P.S. Case No. 107 of
2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 208 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Basu
devpur including the following conditions:-
1. The petitioners shall not threaten, induce or coerce any witness of this case or the victim
or his/her dependent in any manner whatsoever.
2. The petitioners shall appear before the I.O. twice in a week on the day and time fixed by
the I.O. till submission of the Final Form.
3. The petitioners shall not involve themselves in similar or any other offence during currenc
y of this Order.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
