Taking into consideration the facts and submission, factum of permanen
t residence of the petitioner and nature of allegation, it is directed that the petitioner sha
ll be released on bail by the Arresting Officer in the event of his arrest, on such terms and
conditions as deemed just and proper, in connection with Fategarh P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017 cor
responding to G.R. Case No. 163 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Khandapada.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
