Taking into consideration the facts and submission, factum of permanent residence of
the petitioners and nature of allegation, it is directed that each of the petitioners shall b
e released on bail by the Arresting Officer, in the event of their arrest, on such terms and c
onditions as deemed just and proper, in connection with Khuntuni P.S. Case No.31 of 2017 corre
sponding to C.T. Case No.108 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Athagarh.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
