This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail.
Perused the copy of the F.I.R attached to the ABLAPL petition.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioners are stated to be the members of the family of the in-laws of t
he informant. They are implicated in the offence punishable under Sections 498-A/307/34, I.P.C
. and Section 4 of the D.P.Act.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permane
nt residence of the petitioners and nature of allegation, it is directed that each of the peti
tioners shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer in the event of their arrest, on su
ch terms and conditions as deemed just and proper, in connection with Kendrapara Sadar P.S. Ca
se No. 58 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No.270 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned S.
D.J.M., Kendrapara.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
