This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail.
Perused the copy of the F.I.R. attached to the ABLAPL petition.
Considered the materials placed by the learned counsel for the parties.
There is stated to be case and counter case between the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, nature of injury,
factum of permanent residence of the petitioners and other facts, it is directed that each of
the petitioners shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer in the event of their arre
st, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper, in connection with Gop P.S. Case N
o. 180 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No.958 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned J.M.
F.C., Nimapara.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
