learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

 This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail.
 Perused the copy of the F.I.R attached to the ABLAPL petition.
 Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.

 Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permane
nt residence of the petitioners and the nature of injury sustained by the victim which is opin
ed to be simple in nature, and absence of record of past criminal antecedent against the petit
ioners as submitted by learned Additional Standing Counsel and other facts, it is directed tha
t each of the petitioners shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer in the event of t
heir arrest on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper, in connection with Parjang
 P.S. Case No. 228 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No.221 of 2016 pending in the Court of l
earned J.M.F.C., Parjang.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
