No. 390 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 608 of 2016 on the file of learned J.M.F.C.,
Basudevpur for alleged commission of offence under section 341/294/506/34 of IPC, have filed t
his application for grant of anticipatory bail.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions, viewing the nature of accusations against the pet
itioners and other surrounding circumstances of the case, in the absence of any other impedime
nt, it is directed that in the event the petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of t
he case within fifteen days hence and move for their release on bail, they be released on bail
with such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with furt
her condition that they will cooperate with the investigation as and when required.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
