le of learned J.M.F.C., Nimapara for alleged commission of offence under section 498-A/294/323
/352/354/506/34 of IPC read with section 4 of the D.P. Act, have filed this application for gr
ant of anticipatory bail.

 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners who are the
 uncle-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant have been unnecessarily arraigned in this c
ase when the allegations run against the husband of the complainant and it is simply said that
 these petitioners were supporting him. Therefore, he urges for grant of anticipatory bail to
the petitioners.

 Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate opposes the move.

 Considering the submissions, viewing the nature of accusations and other surro
unding circumstances of the case, in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that
in the event the petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of the case within a period
of fifteen days hence and move for their release on bail, they may be released on bail with su
ch terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further cond
ition that they will cooperate with the investigation as and when required.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
