04.11.2016 The writ petition was withdrawn by the petitioner no.1, who had appeared in person on
12.08.2016. The petitioner no.1 is the person, who had sworn the affidavit of the writ petiti
on and had also filed a misc. case along with an affidavit for withdrawal of the writ petition
. Now this application has been filed by the petitioners for recalling the order dated 12.08.2
016 through a counsel other than the counsel who had filed the writ petition. We do not find a
ny good ground to recall the order dated 12.08.2016, which was passed on the request of the pe
titioner no.1, who had appeared in person and misc. case has also been filed for withdrawal of
the writ petition. As such, the application is rejected. All the pending applications stand d
isposed of.
