ounsel for the State.
This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to t
he opposite parties to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.05.2015 as per A
nnexure-1 to the writ petition for Inter Judgeship Transfer from Mayurbhanj to Cuttack.
It is further submitted that a direction may be issued to the
Registrar, Administration, Orissa High Court, Cuttack, to dispose of the said representation e
xpeditiously.
Considering the limited nature of grievances and witho
ut expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a
direction to the Registrar, Administration, Orissa High Court, Cuttack -opposite party no.1, t
o dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 14.05.2015 (Annexure-1), if the same i
s still pending, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from t
he date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
